replacing the controller board - Treadmill

Hi, this is one for those with a home treadmill, i have a nordic track t16, with no life in it, i think the board is gone, i replaced it last year myself. i didn't bother changing the drive motor as it worked fine when i replaced the board. is it possible to get these boards fixed as it getting expensive replacing one…

is it possible to get these boards fixed as it getting expensive replacing one every 16 months.
i have it in a steeltech shed so maybe condensation is an issue, cant figure out why it's gone again?
should you always change the motor & board at the same time?

appreciate any feedback on this
