Hello all Been visiting my parents in the countryside I've noticed a lot of houses now have a small (what I would call) dish, kinda like a protruding nipple Any idea what these are?

I've noticed a lot of houses now have a small (what I would call) dish, kinda like a protruding nipple

Any idea what these are?
