How are these normally scored It was along technical interview with a lot of long technical answers and series of 1 word technical answer The person conducting the interview didn't have s technical background so I was wondering how they scored it Does someone else playback the whole interview later or do they tick boxes…

Does someone else playback the whole interview later or do they tick boxes during the interview as you're giving long answers

It'll depend on the company but I seriously, seriously doubt anyone is going to go back through the whole interview again. It'll be assessed by your interviewer.
