Iphone XR...Safari trying to load links and fails

    I have an Iphone XR. If I try to open an embedded link, it will try to open with Safari and then fail if I am not on wifi. How do I disable this safari? I would use Google normally. Or at the very least enable it to open links? Thanks :confused:

    This link doesn't correspond to anything on the settings on an XR? Also, you don't seem to be able to delete Safari any more
