missing title deeds

    I am dealing with my deceased aunt's estate and trying to locate the title deeds which she had for safe keeping with Bank of Ireland; the mortgage on her property was cleared, but the bank kept the deeds on her request; now they tell us they are unable to locate them; how can I make the Bank treat this matter with some urgency? thank you; #BankofIreland
