    I usually have two big fluffy ones and then a flatter one on the top. I put my hand under the flatter one and cup my face. I have to sleep right at the edge of the pillow on the side I'm facing.

    I also turn it over often to get the cold side.

    I think you only need to worry when your pillows answer you. They really should be polite and restrain themselves to making a scrunching noise underneath your ears.
