Slot houses and casino re-openings have been delayed in line with extension of government restriction times.

I was looking forward to making those fruit-machine reels spin as of tomorrow, but looks like it will be closer to August before I can make that happen.

    Anyone else miss this place?

Worked there part time in early to mid 90’s when I was in collage. Great place to work as a young fella. That’s when it was arcade games, pool and bumper cars. Dropped in about 4 or 5 years ago when passing and more like a end of the strip Vegas slot house.

It seems to be (or have been at one time) a hot bed for gals looking to consort with the "bad boys".

Wonder will they return to form in that sense with restrictions lift.

Wouldn’t even go near O’Connell St now never mind Q’s. Different time in the 90’s. Never any real agro inside even with the scrotes as they like spending their time in there so didn’t want to be kicked out, or brought out the back and given a few clatters by the boucers and thrown out onto Moore Lane.
