Floor tiling

    Hi,

I have a 40 square meter open plan living room/kitchen, which currently has laminate flooring that I want to replace with wood effect tiles (not herringbone).
It's an apartment so there's nowhere to temporarily store the furniture so I guess the tiler would have to work in sections? Underneath the laminate is a concrete slab.

Anyway, I would appreciate if someone could give me a rough idea of the cost of labour to remove the laminate and install the new tiles.
    I'm in Dublin 18.

    Thanks in advance!
