Hi there, i was hoping someone could help me out, i have a leak in my shower coming from the shower valve Cartrige. I am trying to find a replacement and change it out however, i can't find anything that would give me an indication of what make/model it is.

I don't want to rip out tiles and replace the hole system, so if anyone has seen this shower valve unit (see photos attached) and knows make/model can you please let me know what it is.

If no one can help here I suggest you put it back together & then take a photo. If you email it to bathroom showrooms they might be able to help. I find the lads in The Shower Center very helpful for this type of thing

That looks like a variant of the discontinued Shires Solent shower valve.
The two small screws each side of the temperature valve are isolation valves. You can turn both fully clockwise to shut off the water supply to the valve.
I imagine the on / off valve should come out easily enough with a large socket, then you can compare the part withe the numerous UK shower valve spare parts web sites. Or if you are in Dublin try Smallmans or the Shower Centre as Sleeper suggested.
