Invalid card

    Hi, I went to purchase something on the PlayStation store, but it keeps saying my card is invalid? I went onto Amazon afterwards to try it there but it was also invalid? What should I do? It’s been like this for about a day now, thanks

    Hi Jordanwhite,

    We’re sorry to hear you’re having difficulty using your card. The card may have been flagged for a security check and we’d ask you to check for a text or email from our card security team and follow the instructions in the message.
     
    If you haven’t received a message you can certainly call 1800946764 and an adviser will check if your card has been flagged.
     
    Rest assured one of our colleagues will be happy to look into this for you.
