    Aking on behalf of my Parents who got a smart metre installed a while back. Their ESB bill is usually due last week but has not arrived. Are you still sending bills out or will I have to set up an online account up for them to view it.

    Thank you for getting in touch. 

    If they are not set up for Online Billing, they will receive a paper bill. The installation of the new meter will not change that.

    The billing cycle can vary slightly by up to two weeks, so they should receive a bill shortly.
