Three.ie top up not gone through

    Hi folks,

    Topped up by €20 this morning and the transaction still hasn't gone through.

    I've been without data since.

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    Sorry to hear your top-up has not been processed. If you requested this using the mobile top-up option on 365 the funds will be with the mobile provider selected when making the payment and you would need to contact them for an update. If it was a card payment, please check with the mobile provider if they received the payment as it may need to be processed again.
