Current situation is you can't enter the US if you've been in Ireland (or other listed countries) in the previous 14 days. Still no sign of this changing and very limited exceptions

Our guess is as good as yours. I have an event in October I thought I'd be fine for but every day the US doesn't open up to us I get a little more wary.
