Anyone know if Ukiyo Bar is doing outdoor dining, footpath outside looks tiny.

Edit: I've been trying their number for a while now, just busy dial tone

Ukiyo have had loads of tables out on Dame Court the last few weeks.

Had lunch there the day outdoor dining was back open.

I think they're taking the piss regarding social distancing. Tables are far too close together.

Other than that, food was meh, wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

I went there on Friday night.
Social distancing was hit and miss. It's basically a whole line of tables and benches. You may or may not end up sitting less than 2 meters from a stranger depending on how busy it is.
Food wise, we loved it. Ramen was a huge portion. Pancake thingy was delish, but heavy going. Sushi:lovely.

Service was great. I don't think the staff could do more than they could.

I'd go back but as it's on the pricey side a little, it'd be a treat.

EDIT: I'd love if they kept that road for outdoor dining; at least Jun-Aug.
