I went up and down the M50 on Saturday due to a desire for Swedish furniture and made two attempts to pay on the eFlow site as soon as I got home. I was met with a HTTP 500 Internal Server Error on both attempts but was charged on both tries anyway. After telling eFlow via Twitter, they've demanded screenshots of the error because apparently, they've charged me €12.20 for no reason whatsoever.

If their threats of sending it to the solicitors are genuine, surely I'll be in the clear because I have bank statements to prove I've paid?

Had to ring them myself twice - Ive found them sound, just ring them. They can correct the error.
