Installing a shower tray - Better a low profile or adjustable height tray?

    Hi all,

    I'm planning to install a new shower tray plus new shower door screens. I've even done this before so just wondering if you have any advices/tips? Products or sealants required? Better to put the tray before or after tiling?
    Better a low profile tray or adjustable height?
