Removing Stove with back boiler

I have someone replacing chimney liner.

I need to remove the stove which has a back boiler.

I have a standard gravity fed heating system.
There is a value that feeds the cold water to the heating system water tank in the attic.

In order to remove and not flood the kitchen!
I turn off the heating system.
Turn off the water supply to the heating system.
Bleed the water from the heating system via the bleed value on the bottom of the stove then I am fit to remove the stove.

    Am I missing anything here?
