Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
Anyone living in these areas? What is the population demographic?
I am thinking of Buying/renting there. What's public transport like?
    Any thoughts? All comments appreciated.

Ferndale is one of the older estates in Navan, very quiet for the most part. Had a bit of a crime issues a few years back but seems to have died down.

Ratholdren road in general has a lot of mature estates. Silverlawn/Abbeygrove have a good amount of houses, lots of teenagers and older kids in them. They're also right beside Blackwater Park so its good for walks in the mornings.

Do you have an estate in mind, or is it in particular Ferndale?

Thinking of Abbey Grove. Went out and visited there the other night.
