drill ground and fasten with a concrete bolt

Not sure about the rest, but I can tell you this won't work.

Those things only work with the right sized hole with the right material. They really are designed for concrete and even with softer bricks you can easily blow out the hole without that much tightening. It's got no chance on in ground, no matter how compact.

Won't the weight of the firewood hold it down?

    Ok not those so.

Weight of firewood will vary... so not confident in that alone.

Try suitable hilti anchors with injectable chemical

Design it with gaps for for wind to get through, like hit and miss fencing, to reduce wind load.

Wood doesn't need to be completely dry to season properly - the drying is from the inside out. Obvs if there is surface wetness it's harder to get lit, but I usually keep a stock indoors for immediate use.

Make a weighted base, and attach the shed to it.
Make it so base heavy it cant move.
