I got a joint mortgage with my now ex partner in 2010 on affordable housing scheme (we still live together)
    Market value 2010 210,000
    Affordable Price 175,000
    Discount 16.66%
Mortgage left to pay 140,000 (or there abouts)
Current Resale 240,000 Going by prices in area
    Salary 34000
    Savings 7000
I would ideally love to buy them out but know I chances are slim of getting approved by myself. I have proof by savings that I can afford to pay the mortgage by myself 500 each month plus my half of the mortgage been paid and bills .What I'm asking if any advice on if this would be possible and where to start bank, solictor..??
