Phone credit didn't go through

    I tried topping up from the mobile app. But received a text message from the phone company saying it couldn't be processed and try again later.

    The money left my account and it's not in pending transactions so the money is gone.

    What happens now, how do I get my money again. I don't fancy on trying again later in case the same thing happens again.

    Did you pay by debit or credit card?

    What did the mobile provider say when you asked them?

    Worse case scenario, you can raise a chargeback with your card issuer?

    I wasn't on the phone to the phone company yet. Just received a text message straight after trying to top up. I'll make the call and see what they say.
