Hi I’ve been trying to contact my local branch to organise a meeting for the last week. I’ve called the branch itself and couldn’t get through to anyone at the end of the line & I have filled out two online request forms but haven’t received any notification about confirming my appointment. I’ve also called the main customer care number twice and gave up after being on hold on both occasions for nearly 30 mins. Can someone please help me organise this?
