Mould forming on cedar panels in the garden and looking for some tips on best ways to treat it. Mould forming on cedar panels in the garden and looking for some tips on best ways to treat it.

The panels are used on a bench and the mould seems to be forming on the horizontal panels which are exposed the most to water .

The panels were treated with a cedar oil at the time of installation and obviously it wasn't any good.

My plan would be to use a fungicidal wash and followed by reapply a good wood preserver like sikkens or osmo anything similar ?
