Building access / breach of planning permission?

We live in a terraced house and our neighbour has put in permission for a large extension. We don't get along that well and a number of us lodged objections. We have been told that parts of our boundary walls will need to be knocked in order for the builders to gain access. None of this was in the planning. Wondering where we stand on this?

Who told you? If you own your house/garden, they can't knock boundary walls/gain access through your garden without your permission and agreement.

From the info given. The boundary issues may be a civil mater.
