Cucumbers - how to manage / care

Hi. I have some cucumbers in a plastic house. 2 packs of seeds, some male, some female. They are just over a foot high. Should I pinch off any flowers that form at this stage? Should I pinch off the male flowers whenever i see them? Thanks for your advice in advance. Seamus

I don't grow cucumber-cucumbers, only gherkins (and those outdoors), but google tells me the rules are different for the greenhouse hybrids, and it seems like you should pick off the male flowers ... but probably best that you check for yourself for the varieties you're growing.
