Gaming Pc help

Hi so I was suggested to go to this forum for help. So I'm looking to get into pc gaming just to play steam games like car mechanic simulator and etc as my basic pc just can't run them. I wouldnt be looking for anything too powerful just decent enough to run steam games without any problems. My budget for a good tower would be around 600 or less. Perhaps there are sites that offer bundles with the monitor too? If ye have any advice on specs I'd appreciate it alot

I'm assuming that you're talking about Indie games when you're talking about Steam games and not big AAA releases you can also buy on Steam?

If I was putting together a starter PC I'd probably build something like this but it would still come in at €642.70 before delivery. It may also need some extra frills like case fans or thermal paste.

Oh I wouldn't have the knowledge of pcs to build one myself. But is something like this an option? As for games yes it would probably be simulater games mostly

They're using AMD Ryzen 3xxxG parts which are over 2yrs old, their prices are pretty bad too TBH

I think this is about the cheapest you can find in the current climate (computer chip & GPU shortage).
Has an AMD Ryzen 5-4600G which is a pretty decent CPU with an adequate onboard graphics chip.
Only downside is it's slightly over budget (549eur) and likely running with 1x 8Gb RAM sticks - if so, upgrading to 2x RAM sticks would increase game smoothness.

i see. For that first one is it easy to put in a 2nd ram stick? Just slot it into the 4th slot and bobs your uncle? If so which ram stick?

And that dell one be deffo better to run games?

Did the dell go up in price since you posted that? Its showing as 769 on the irish dell site. I pressed the link you posted and says 649 and chat for availability with options in cart saying "chat now" and copy cart

Right so i reserved a refurbished one and the order will be placed tomorrow. Just need to keep a look out for a monitor now
