hi my home alarm wont set as saying open zone in zone 2 when all are closed

i went into engineer mode to do walk test and then selected walk test 02 but when i open and close velux and window no buzzer is sounding

could the whole zone be fecked or am i doing the walk test wrong
i think it may be just one sensor but was trying to identify which one with walk test

If you have a number of devices on the zone it could be either sensor.
If just the Velux you could open the sensor and join the 2 wires relating to the alarm side of the zone.
If it closes you know its the sensor and just replace same with same.
