Up at Farnham Estate at the weekend.

Hoping someone could recommend me an interesting 60km-100km route from there with good coffee and lunch options.

    TIA

Out the Raddison gates and down to the "Grand Gates", follow in there to Killykeen forest park.
Into the park and across the footbridge , out to Killeshandra.
Turn right at Loughbawn Hotel and on to Carrigallen, Mohill and towards Carrick on Shannon.
Either into Carrick, or take the R299 and head towards Leitrim Village, turning for zkeshcarrigan, Ballinamore, Newtowngore, and back to Killeshandra. Lots of scenery on that loop.

Or contact the Breffni Wheelers ( Cavan Town), or Smugglers Cycling Club( Ballyconnell), both on Facebook.

Couldn't argue with the above, nice route.

If it is lumpiness you are after, same as above to Ballinamore, turn right at the bottom of the town for Aughnasheelin. Just before you enter Aughnasheelin, take a right up over Sliabh an Iariann, down into Dowra, back up over Glan Gap, Bawboy, Ballyconnell and back. Good 100km with 1200m of climbing. Send me a PM if you want me to do it up as a Strava route and send it to you..
