    Anyone using products with natural flavors on vegetarian/vegan diets?

    A lot of products say they use natural flavourings in them, why?

    Flavoring often comes with animal products. And brands are legally allowed to list animal products as a natural flavor.

    In these cases people generally contact the company to ask to be sure or somebody else has already on the vegan groups and let people know.
