    Hi

Does anyone here know if someone receives a summons for a safety order from someone they haven't spoke to or seen in 8 months can the person looking for the safety order then withdraw it after finding out it is going to be defended?

Court date is already set for few weeks time just wondering can it be withdrawn at this stage?

Yes, it can be withdrawn. Contact the court clerk.
