Mondeo mk4 2.0tdci noise after shut off

    As anyone who follows my posts knows, I don't have the best luck with cars, however, I bought a 2010 mondeo the other day, happy with it, low mileage, good service history, drives well, one thing I noticed, after I bought it wouldn't you know, is it makes this humming sound after shut off, especially so on short journeys or if I start the car in the drive and turn it off again.

    I've researched this and seems to be common. A turbo boost pressure valve, theres another one close to it but I believe the sound is coming from the one further back which is the turbo valve. seemingly its the valve closing slowly instead of very fast. Will this cause any issues besides being an annoyance? Will add video below, apologies for the messy camera work at the start I had nobody to hold the camera for me.
