When will Germany lift the travel ban to travellers from Brazil?

Indeed, theres currently a ban on travel from Brasil to Germany with exception of German citizens + family or non-german residents of Germany (only an official registration document from the local authorities in Germany suffices) returning to Germany

Yesterday the rules were loosened for most non-EU countries that vaccinated people (after a ban since March 2020) can enter Germany, but that does not include Brazil, India or the UK and it looks like this will remain in place for a considerable time yet.

If you want past examples as a guide, with areas of France and Austria which had outbreaks of variants the ban was lifted when those areas managed to contain their outbreak of the variant. With the UK/ Ireland back around christmas, the ban on travel from there was lifted when the UK variant became dominant in Germany, rendering the restriction pointless.

Currently Brazil has really high infection numbers combined with their own home brewed variant, on the other side the Brazil variant isn't spreading in Germany, so I wouldnt be expecting that ban to be lifted any time soon.

NOTE, if you are only looking to transfer in a german airport to a non-schengen country like Ireland without leaving the airside non-schengen area, then this is still allowed.

Nobody has a crystal ball. They will lift it when they lift it.
