strange mi box issue

cant figure this out...using various shielded hdmi cables, and different hdmi ports on tv...mi box 3 on oreo....watching videos it randomly flashes a black screen....nearest i can capture for an example (as its random) is this netflix menu, hopefully shows up ok...only happens if a video element is on the screen. thanks in…

btw....tv is a samsung series 7 2020 65" 4k led...we also have a manhattan freesat box attached to other hdmi input and no issue....built in apps on tv like netflix are fine without that issue.
