Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I need a recommendation for a good Psychiatrist in Ireland.

    I'm asking online cause I'm too unwell to research whose good, I'm in Sligo, to my knowledge there are no private Doctors here but I would be willing to travel or possibly they can do online consultations, I have been with the HSE mental health service for over a decade and there's been no progress so I really need someone who's decent.

    If you know of such a Doctor please let me know.

    While you search for doctor please research into prolong fasting and very low sugar diet. Have shown great results in neurology. Wish you the best.
