Issue with PVC Door

    Hey Folks,

Having an issue with the sliders on the inside of my front door.

Seems like the slides don’t return to their original position so it’s getting stuck when we unlock the door. Have to really push the door to get it open.

Image one is where the slider should be (I had to push it into this position myself)

Image 2 is where the slider goes when I push the handle up when I go to lock the door.

Image 3 is where the slider goes when I pull the handle down to open the door so it’s not retuning to where it should.

Is this something I could fix myself or is it a professional job?

    Thanks

If it was working fine before this, it might be as simple as a good squirt of WD40
to lubricate the moving parts nicely.

All the locking points and lock as well.
Activate the handle up and down while you are lubricating the lock.
