I made a DIY high roof for my van and have been told I need it to be certified, has anyone any experience of a similar modification?

You'll need to get an SQI to inspect it and sign it off as being safe.

Not sure how to add Photos,I will find out how and add some. The reason for not buying a van with a high roof, I only need a SWB and the van I have is not available with high roof/SWB. Also there is only 36000 KM on the van.

There's a list of approved test centres on the nsai website, I'd say give a few a bell would be your best bet
