EPDM Kits ... 135 deg trims

    Hi
With all the Garden room and shed builds that are going on I'm interested in where you guys are sourcing EPDM kits?

I'd prefer just ordering a kit with everything - but open to suggestions.

I think rubber4roofs.co.uk was the place to go prior to brexit.

Also, I don't suppose anyone has come across 135degree trims?

I'm building a small shed (office), <4sqm, in a small back garden and in order to maximise the light left coming into the garden, I've ended up with a design that is basically a square with a corner cut off. So i have 2 135 degree external corners (they'll be kerb corners).
However, I'm not seeing any 135 degree trim options anywhere.

    Appreciate any advice

    Thanks

    No such thing I believe.
You could extend the osb or ply deck out over the door.
Or zig, zag across using say 4 external and 3 internal trims.

I got my EPDM kit from Permaroof in UK around this time last year.
With regards to flashings, you should be able to get yours pressed in any size or shape by a cladding company.
A search of this forum should help as it came up before.
I got mine from Skyclad Westmeath.

Thanks for reply - it would appear not alright :)

I thought of the zig zag purely for the sake of coming up with a solution - but not practical really.
As mentioned the whole reason for losing the corner is so as not to cast a shadow in a certain corner of the remaining garden.

Will have to go fibreglass i think if I don't find a solution.

    Could they be 3d printed?

    Could they be 3d printed?

I'm sure someone can :) But then this thread becomes "has anyone got a 3d cad drawing of a 135 degree upstand"
There's a foam piece underneath as well which forms a water-tight seal when compressed.

Ah I'm possibly over thinking it....
I think I'd just get away wth mitering the 2 pieces of regular upstand into a 135 degree angle.

I'd just like to find someone who has done it already to see how they got on

Try QBM in Coolock for EPDM, I dealt with them for a few years and they're very good. They're a stockist of Firestone products which I can highly recommend!

Celuplast in baldoyle do the lot. Nobody beats R4R prices but brexit f**ked that up for us too.
