I was watching a video (this one to be exact) - and he's using "Boneless Country-Style Pork Ribs". I've never heard of them. Do Irish butchers tend to sell these, and are they called 'Boneless Country-Style Pork Ribs' or something different? Thanks for any help you can bring.
