If a previous lease of a leasehold property was granted an easement by deed. Then that lease runs out and a new lease was granted for the property. Will the easement attach to the new lease even if the easement is not expressed/mentioned in the new lease? My understanding it would attach by section 6 of the conveyancing…

My understanding it would attach by section 6 of the conveyancing act 1881 but would anyone able to confirm if this is right.
