Unidentifiable boiler - help!

    Hey

I own an apartment I rent out.

The apartment came with a boiler that was installed by the builders. I am the second owner and never received any documentation on the boiler. It's worked fine for years.

There is an issue with it and the plumber says it needs a new safety relief valve but there are many different kinds depending on the boiler you have so he needs to know the make of it.

My tenants and he looked all over it and cannot see a make or serial number anywhere. The management company have said they don't have the info either.

This is what it looks like (ignore the piece of paper - just a notice from when it was last serviced).

Any experts out there recognise this?

Please accept my apologies if this is a stupid question, I am at my wits end here!

It is! I just googled it.

I cannot overstate my appreciation for that man. I've been trying to sort this for over a week!

I think you missed out “just” in that sentence because I am also really bloody funny, just saying.
