    I'd say Brownells is your only bet there.

    Also there is zero grey area with bullpup stocks, all bullpups (defined as the magazine located behind the trigger), even bullpup stock conversions, are restricted.

    But it is an utterly moronic law :rolleyes:

    Never forget, the end goal is zero firearms of any type.

    Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 - Firearms banned & grandfathered

    S.I. No. 420/2019 - Magazine ban

    Once you modify the 10/22 by fitting it to a bull pub stock it becomes a restricted fire arm .
    "bullpup rifles” means rifles with a magazine located behind the trigger;
    http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2008/si/21/made/en/print

    Therefore you will need to reapply for a restricted firearm license if already licensed on the 10/22.

    There is no grey area, check out the following-
    S.I. No. 21/2008 - Firearms (Restricted Firearms and Ammunition) Order 2008 (link above).

    OTOH ,if you apply and get a restricted license for you Ruger 10/22 bullpup stock you also gain a bigger mag capacity over the 10 rounds.;)
