I received an email stating I will receive another email in the next two days starting stage 1 of the application.

I'm nervous to be honest. Has anyone done this part of an assessment? What does it entail?

What do I need to know?

I currently have 9 years retail experience which means little Admin experience. How do I transfer the experience I know now into a role I am not experienced in?

I would love to get out of retail altogether and I would like to use this opportunity to try as best and as hard as I can to get to the next stages

    Thank you, Zebrag

I received the assessments there and had 30 mins for 2 assessments.

    Verbal Ability and Numeral ability.

It's safe to say I didn't pass the numeral ability assessment. I done foundation maths in school and throughout my schooling, I never understood numbers. I even had this on my application and they emailed me asking what I got in my Leaving Cert and I was moved onto the assessments so I'm not sure what happened there.

Good luck to anyone that did get it but jesus, I've no confidence whatever. Sure it was worth a try

I don't have any help to provide but I just wanted to say these things never go quite as badly as it feels at the time. Best of luck with it and if even if it doesn't work out, the application process itself is good experience to take forward with you.
