Getting verbal announcements of new messgaes and notification on my S9?

    Hi, noticed today that whenever I get a watsapp message or a fb messenger notification on my Galaxy S9, a woman with a posh English accent will announce "New message from (name)". Ehhh, what the heck is this all about?? Didnt do any thing to my phone today besides top it up, surely that cant have caused it? Anyways, Im not sure if its a Google thing or its the phone itself, but please how do I disable this? Tried google but no clear answers on it. Its really bizzare..I just want the regular message tone to let me know a new message etc. Thanks
