It's a sexist kind of term but how would it be defined

Charlene Theron is now a drama queen, or maybe a drama princess?

    It's fairly self-explanatory.

Nit sure how sexist it is - I use it to describe people of both genders!

I see it as people making a big deal out of nothing, creating drama when there is no need. Usually looking for attention and self indulgent.

Someone who thinks Drama Queen is "sexist" would be considered a Drama Queen.

Self centered narcissists with a victim complex and an inability to take responsibility for anything.

I use the term a bit in my head and when I'm talking

I usually use it to mean somebody who is implying something beyond the words they're actually using

That could be a bit of nonsense or something more serious

Commercial Union had an advert back in the day

We won't make a drama out of a crisis. Drama Queens/Llamas do the opposite

People who love attention, and will even create dramas out of half-nothing so as to BE the centre of attention.

We all know one. At least one. (Non-genderish, can be any flavour.)

For me, its anyone who talks more than they listen. Empty vessels really do make the most noise.

A classic "drama queen" would be someone with histrionic personality disorder.

And they'd be considered sexist for thinking it only applies to one sex.
