Telescope Repair

I was wondering could anyone point me in the right direction to get a telescope repaired, it is a Celestron Nexstar 8se if that helps at all. Not sure what is wrong with it, was a family members and would like to get it back up and running.

If you're in/near Dublin Stephen in Ktec Telescopes might be able to help.

What exactly is wrong with it?
