just wondering how long after castrating lambs using burdizzo does the swelling go down as done some last week and testicles are still very swollen

If there’s still swelled then they weren’t done properly. You need to give them a antibiotic & pain relief

Maybe there’s an issue with burdizzo itself eg not closing properly or a rough edge on it

notice today swelling gone down in most lambs so probally takes a couple of weeks in some lambs to go down usually would do them about 3 weeks earlier probally swell a bit every year never noticed before so all good .
be selling store lambs to a local buyer in about a months time so what price might i expect thus year
