Liberty not doing online policy changes

    hey guys,

    i got a new (to me) car today and i wanted to get an insurance quote through the online setup like ive done in the past.

    to my suprise i logged in and to make changes to policy only to see that policys starting with Xb to make changes have to call.

    is this new are they phasing out the online policy alterations?
