Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How do I tell my instructor to log my lessons without being rude I’ve asked before.

    Hi,

Here are the term and conditions re lessons that the ADI must obey. So I would not over worry about his/her feelings. You could say that you have heard/read of other learners having serious problems with instructors not uploading lessons in a timely manner, thereby unable to book a test, missing/lost lessons etc etc.

    Terms and Conditions

I agree to keep my password and account details secret and secure.
I agree to fully inform Learners as to the status of each driving lesson (EDT or non-EDT) at time of booking
I agree to complete and sign the Learner’s logbook after each EDT lesson has been completed
I agree to upload new logbooks and all lesson details no later than one week of completion date
I accept that upon completion of the first EDT lesson, the logbook shall be given to and remain the responsibility of the Learner Driver whose name has been recorded.
I agree that I am responsible for the accuracy of each record upload. I further agree that if incorrect learner driver details are uploaded against a wrong logbook number, that the logbook will be made inactive by contacting edtadmin@rsa.ie and I will reissue a new logbook free of charge to the learner driver.
I agree to immediately report the loss of computer with digi-cert to the ADI Unit of the Road Safety Authority by contacting edtadmin@rsa.ie
I accept it is my responsibility to order logbooks through the portal in a timely manner.
I agree to notify, in writing, the ADI Unit, Road Safety Authority if I cease trading or cease to provide EDT lessons.
I agree to report the loss of logbooks giving full details and the circumstances of their loss by contacting edtadmin@rsa.ie
If for any reason I cannot upload the lessons I agree to contact edtadmin@rsa.ie as soon as possible.
I understand that if I am no longer providing EDT lessons, or am no longer a registered ADI, that my access to the portal will be immediately suspended.
Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may lead to suspension of EDT portal access.
