I've a few different fish like the below in the freezer for months, if not nearly a year. It say in the link and on the packaging

"Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within one month"

Is there some reason they would say to use within 1 month?

"Any frozen fish or shellfish will be safe indefinitely; however, the flavor and texture will lessen after lengthy storage. "

Depending on your freezer the taste may not be great, most of the half and half fridge/freezers have time limits on them for storage, a standalone one usually keeps stuff better but fish of all things doesn not hold it's flavour for a long time and can definitely suffer texture and taste wise from being in the freezer too long.
