I am buying a new build and I am so frustrated with so how slow everything is.
The latest excuse is that it’s Irish Water holding them up. What is it that takes Irish water so long?

Ive heard on the grapevine IW don't have the best relationship with some of the civil's contractors doing their work, holding back payments for completed work and generally messing them about so a few wont do IW work anymore but on the other side Cork Council recently refused them a road opening licence because of sub standard previous works by IW contractors, takes alot for that to happen!
